Klaus Nomi (1944-1989) my beloved! What more can one ask for than a nihilist, new wave, Pee-wee Herman? I love his hair, his music, and how incredibly German he is; honestly can you imagine an American pulling off avant-garde, operatic, techno, 1960's pop? You can't, stop trying.
